Washington Community Day

I will be hosting a table at Washington Community Day from 10:00 - 3:00 on Saturday, June 6.  I will be talking tips on nutrition and wellness, as well as talking about a new service I will be offering clients.  This is a fun event for the whole family.  Stop by for a healthy refreshment and to say hello.

Community Day commemorates community life, expresses customer appreciation, and offers a great venue to promote your business, services or organization to residents, guest, and visitors. For more information please visit: http://www.washingtonbusinessassociation.org

Nutrition for Children

Join me for an open discussion and conversation about your child's health and eating habits.  A strong, positive relationship with food begins in early childhood.  Explore how the interactions between parents, food and children set the seed for lifelong healthy habits.  Discussion will include:  interpreting food product labels, sugar and kids’ health,  tackling picky eaters, plant-based meals, and general principles of nutrition for little ones.

This program is free of charge and open to the public. It will be held in the Washington Montessori School Theater at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2015.
